* Sport Specific Programs Include:
- Baseball:
We focus on strengthening and conditioning exercises for the shoulder muscles in addition to total body conditioning.
- Softball:
We focus on conditioning and stretching exercises for the shoulder muscles in addition to total body conditioning.
- Golf:
We concentrate on a regular muscle conditioning program. We help golfers improve their flexibility and keep their muscles conditioned throughout the entire golfing season.
- Basketball:
We concentrate on total body conditioning focusing on upper and lower extremities, including a good warm-up and stretching.
- Tennis:
We focus on all-around flexibility and strength.
- Football:
In addition to total strengthening and conditioning,we concentrate on football-specific conditioning exercises to strengthen the neck, to help keep the head erect while making contact during blocks and tackles.
- Soccer:
We concentrate on a total body workout, with emphasis on warm-ups and stretches.
- Hockey:
A very high-impact sport. This requires a very healthy and fit body. We concentrate on strength training as well as stretching and total body workouts.
- Field Hockey:
We concentrate on total body conditioning with an emphasis in reflexes and ball handling.
